About D Rose

Hi there!  My name is Daiquiri Rose, and I'm a photographer in Boise, Idaho.

I'm also a blessed wife and mom.  I'm married to the best guy around, and we have four children - two boys and two girls.  My greatest passions in life are my faith in Jesus Christ and being an excellent wife and mom.  After that...I'm all about photography :-)

I fell in love with photography when I got my first film SLR almost 13 years ago, and I haven't stopped shooting since.  Ahh, the good old days of waiting for a roll of film to come back from the lab!  Ha!

My first child was born in 2001, and his new life turned my fun hobby into a passion.  I was desperate to capture every sparkly-eyed smile, fingernail, and curl of hair.  To this day, newborn babies and babies in their first year of life are my favorite subjects.
