Notecards {a perfect gift idea}

I've been having the time of my life designing notecards!

In this age of electronic and instant communication, a beautiful hand-written note means so much.  Please look through my designs and let me know which one is your favorite - and if you can, buy a handful to bless your friends and family (either drop them a note, or give them as unique gifts).

Hello, My Name Is Daiquiri...

...and I'm addicted to card design.

I was actually sitting down to work up another Christmas design that's been tumbling in my brain, when these baby announcements were born (hehehe...nice pun...I think it might be time for me to step away from the computer).

Aren't these adorable? Almost makes me want to get pregnant again!

Or not.

At all.

The little guy who's my model in these cards though...now HE gives me baby fever :-)

Remember, I can make you cards with photos that YOU have taken!  Pop me an email and we'll work out the details.

My Favorite Holiday Card Yet!

There's something about this pretty blue color for holiday cards...so fresh and crisp and cheerful.  Add a little pattern and an an embossing look to it, and you have a beautiful card!  Can you see how the photos sort of look like they have some depth?

I don't know if I'm going to have this one for sale...I might have to reserve it for my family!

That brings me to my dilemma...I want a beautiful family picture of MY family...who am I supposed to hire?  :-)

Goodies

Oh boy, am I having fun getting creative with the photos from my post recent shoot!  I just love to build custom collages for clients - it's a great way for them to showcase many photos grouped together in a meaningful and beautiful way.  I LOVE them big and on canvas - so gorgeous and unique!

Here are the two collages I designed today.  This first one uses one of the images with a slightly lower opacity as the background - cool!  (click on images to view them larger)

This second collage has a patterned background that makes the fall colors really pop:

And what a great use for a collage...Christmas cards!  I'm so hooked on making cards lately :-)

Crazy For Christmas Cards!

I've been having loads of fun designing Christmas card templates.  All the cards you see are 100% customizable...everything can be changed to suit your tastes including the choice of photos, fonts, text, patterns, and colors.

So far, I've just been working on flat 5x7 cards.  The come in quantities as low as 25, and come with envelopes.

What's different about these cards?  Why not just run to your local lab and choose one of their card templates?  One word: Quality.  The colors...richer.  The paper...a variety of finishes.  The designs...unique.  In fact, if you'd like to work with me on designing a card for your family (and your family ONLY), I'd be happy to do that for a minimal design fee.

PS.  My sincerest thanks to these wonderful and beautiful families for allowing me to use their portraits as samples :-)
